
What will it cost?
This will depend on the work involved, based on a hourly/daily rate or per published report (see Reports). You can purchase an industry or market report using the Order Form.
For commissioned reports, the costs involved and how much a client is willing to spend will be discussed and agreed before any work starts.
How do we pay?
You can pay by Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Banker's Draft. This is to minimise the risk of late/lost or fraudulent payments.
Payment is due when a report is ordered using the Order Form or when a commissioned report is completed but before any report is handed over to a client. All payments should be made to work2research.

How quickly can you complete?
This will depend on the work required. Deadlines will be agreed before work begins. The client will be kept fully informed of the work in progress to ensure that the report stays on track.
What work do you cover?
Research and analysis, data gathering, company and Internet searches, information requests, competitor analysis, telephone interviews, business research, industry and market reports.

Printed copy: Overland Post, Courier and International Courier.

Every effort will be made to use the quickest delivery method available subject to the client's needs and local conditions. A signature will be required for Courier and International Courier deliveries.
Overseas clients may be asked to provide proof of identity before Customs will release a report when sent as a package.
Confidentiality
Under our Terms and Conditions, we will not disclose, trade, sell, rent or publish any details about the client with Third Parties (Data Protection Act 1998).
